St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Chicago, Illinois as it appeared in about 1999.

The church originally had cupolas on both towers but the one on the right had been damaged by lightning in the 1960s and never replaced. Shortly after the above photo was taken, the remaining cupola was replaced with a different style.
