Polish Roman Catholic Parishes in the Archdiocese of St. Paul-Minneapolis, MN
The Diocese of Minnesota and the Dakotas was formed in 1850 and became an Archdiocese in 1888. It currently consists of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Le Seuer, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Washington, and Wright Counties in Minnesota. Given addresses were usually of the rectory and not the church building itself. The map markers correspond to the church building if you zoom in close enough (they will put you at the front door).
